NABU opens case against Deputy Prosecutor General

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) opened proceedings against the Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yurii Stolyarchuk, Ukrainian News reported.

It is noted that the instituted case concerns the possible declaration by the Deputy Yurii Lutsenko of inaccurate information. The case under article 366-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was opened on January 21, 2019.
NABU officers launched an investigation after receiving a court decision, according to which the claim of ex-Deputy Prosecutor General Renat Kuzmin was being satisfied. The court ordered NABU to open the case, enter the data to single registry of pre-trial investigations on December 28.
As The Journalist reported, schoolchildren had robbed the post office in the Ternopil oblast, stolen money and gold.
