NAPC sued the People’s Deputy Deidei for abuse of deputy powers

The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) sent an administrative protocol to court, drawn up against People’s Deputy of Ukraine Yevhen Deidei for the use of power in private interests.

This is reported on the NAPC website.

«In September 2017, MP Yevhen Deidei used his powers to satisfy his private interests when sending inquiries to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine», – the anti-corruption department established.

In addition, for violation of requirements for the prevention and settlement of a conflict of interests, protocol were drawn up against the head of the State Service on Medicines and Drugs Control in the Kirovohrad region Lilia Panfilova, who signed an order to pay bonuses to employees of the service, including herself.

Also, a protocol has been drawn up regarding to the leading veterinarian of the border inspection post of Odessa Regional State Veterinary Control Department Yekaterina Zbudchak. She received a gift (Auto Repair Station) from a person who is not her relative.

As «The Journalist» reported, NAPC has issued an order regarding the head of the Kiev metro Braginsky.
