The National Bank of Ukraine began re-registering currency licenses in accordance with the new currency legislation, issuing the first licenses to eight nonbanking financial institutions.
According to the National Bank’s website, new licenses were obtained by financial companies Alfa-Invest Group, Finod, Financial World, Conversion, Inome Group, Smart Finekspert, 24 Online, Post Finance.
It is noted that the new licenses will be valid indefinitely, while the previous general licenses were issued for a period of up to 3 years.
The National Bank provided an opportunity for simplified re-issuance of licenses to all participants in the currency exchange market.
As The Journalist reported, the National Bank provides a service for the transportation of currency between cities.
