New massive blackout hits Venezuela, AFP reports.         

This time, the blackout affected many parts of Venezuela, including Caracas. The reason of incident remains unknown.

Recall the first large-scale blackout hit in Venezuela on March 7. Then, several lines of the Caracas metro, as well as the capital airport Maiquetia, were left without electricity.

The authorities then said the incident was caused by sabotage of political opponents at the hydropower plant named after Simon Bolivar, located in the state of Bolivar, Venezuela. During a power outage, at least 15 people died in the country. The full restoration of the operation of power grids throughout Venezuela took place on March 14th.

As The Journalist reported, Russian military aircraft had arrived in Venezuela .
