The newly appointed French ambassador to Ukraine Etienne de Poncins arrived in Ukraine. He announced this in his Twitter account.
“Safely arrived in Kyiv. My mandate at the helm of the French Embassy in Ukraine can begin,” Etienne de Poncins, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Ukraine, wrote.
INFO: Etienne de Poncins is a French diplomat. In 1984 he graduated from the Institute for Political Studies in Paris. In 1985, University of Paris, Department of History. He is a graduate of the College for Senior Public Servants (1990 Jean Monet class).
