New rules of adaptive quarantine come into force in Ukraine

The new rules of adaptive quarantine shall be applied in Ukraine starting today, August 3. In particular, cities and districts are divided into four zones depending on the epidemiological situation. The quarantine zones will be revised every Friday, RBC-Ukraine reports.

 Quarantine rules established throughout the country will apply to green zone settlements and areas. Additional restrictions are introduced in the red zone areas. Restrictions for the accommodation establishments and public events will be introduced in orange-zone areas. Yellow-zone areas remain a buffer zone.

According to the new rules, Ukraine is divided into four zones according to the incidence rate: green, red, orange and yellow.

As of today, August 3, the red, orange and yellow zones include following settlements and districts:

The red-zone area includes the cities of Lutsk and Ternopil, as well as Kitsman district of Chernivtsi region.

The orange zone area includes the cities of Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv; Berezhany of Ternopil region; Lutsk and Lyubashev districts of Volyn region; Tysmenytsya district of Ivano-Frankivsk region; Mykolaiv, Przemysl and Pustomytov districts of Lviv region; Buchatsky district of Ternopil region.

The yellow zone area includes: Vinnytsia and Mohyliv-Podil’s’kyi; Vinnytsia, Kalyniv, Kryzhopil, Nemyriv and Tulchitsky districts of Vinnytsia region; the city of Novovolynsk; Horokhiv, Kivertsovsky, Manevitsky and Tereysky districts of Volyn region; the cities of Zhytomyr, Berdychiv, Malyn and Novohrad-Volynsky; Liubar, Pulyn, Romaniv and Chernyakhiv districts of Zhytomyr region; the cities of Berehove, Mukachevo, Uzhgorod, Khust, Chop, as well as Berehov, Velykoberezniansky, Vinogradiv, Volovets, Irshavsky, Mezhgirsk, Mukachevo, Perechinsk, Rakhiv, Svaliava, Tiachev, Uzhgorod and Khust districts of Zakarpattia region; the city of Yaremcha, Bohorodchany, Horodeniv, Kosiv and Naddvirniansk districts of Ivano-Frankivsk region; Zhovkiv, Yavoriv and Kamiano-Buzhsky districts of Lviv region; Berezhansk, Husiatyn, Kazivsk, Lanovetsk and Chertkivsk districts of Ternopil region; Hlybotsk, Putylsk, Sokiriansk, Storozhynetsk and Khotyn districts of Chernivtsi region.

The green zone areas include all cities and districts not included in the red, orange and yellow zones.
