The Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE SMM) spotted a BM-21 Hrad multiple launch rocket systems and artillery beyond the withdrawal lines in the non-government-controlled areas of Luhansk Oblast. This is stated in the OSCE SMM report.

An SMM long-range UAV spotted seven multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) (BM-21 Grad, 122mm) in a training area near Miusynsk (62km south-west of Luhansk), two towed howitzers (2A65 Msta-B, 152mm) near Vilkhivka (40km east of Donetsk) and 22 MLRS (BM-21) near Khrustalnyi (formerly Krasnyi Luch; 56 km south-west of Lugansk).

Placing heavy weapons in the immediate vicinity of the demarcation line, outside the storage areas of heavy weapons, is a gross violation of the Minsk agreements.

The OSCE mission also revealed the presence of three tanks (type undetermined) at a training area near Shymshynivka (27 km south-west of Luhansk), 16 tanks and 16 pieces of towed artillery at a training area near Myrne (28 km south-west of Luhansk).

As The Journalist reported, OSCE drone recorded the militants’ transport connection with Russia.
