The Kyiv District Administrative Court elected Pavlo Vovk as the head of the court. This was reported by the court’s press service.
The head of the court was elected through the secret voting: some 39 of the 42 judges present supported Pavlo Vovk candidacy.
“On January 21, 2020, there was a meeting of the judges of the Kyiv District Administrative Court, an issue of election of head of the court was put on agenda. The head of court was elected through a secret voting: 39 out of 42 present judges voted for Pavlo Vovk,” the statement said.
At the meeting were also discussed the results of the proceedings by the District Administrative Court of Kyiv in 2019, relevant issues of judicial practice.
