LOT Polish airline plans to perform flights from Warsaw to Ukraine’s Ivano-Frankivsk next year. It is reported by the Center for Transport Strategies.

LOT has applied for receiving slots at 15 new airports (or those where flights were previously operated but they are not performed currently) for the carrier at European and non-European airports for flight operations during the summer navigation period of 2020.

At the same time, some new flights have already been announced, others are likely to become known in the near future. Among them is the Ukrainian airport, located in Ivano-Frankivsk.

“The complete new flight, in its turn, is flight to Ivano-Frankivsk,” Polish media reported.

At the moment, LOT flies to the Ukrainian airports of Boryspil, Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa.

As The Journalist reported, Ryanair plans to increase number of flights to Ukraine in autumn, 2019.
