Poroshenko: Energoatom and Turboatom will sign a contract for 500 million UAH

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko announced that Energoatom NAEC and Turboatom Kharkiv enterprise will conclude a contract for about 500 million UAH.

“I know that Mr. Nedashkovskiy from Energoatom and Mr. Subbotyn from Turboatom will enter into contracts for about half a billion hryvnia. And the money will come to Kharkiv, and there will be orders. And this is a state policy. Due to this, industrial production growth will be ensured, as well as access to the largest European Union market in the world,” said the president.
Poroshenko did not specify the details of the contract.
Recall that the state-owned enterprise "NAEK" Energoatom "is the largest electricity producer in Ukraine with a share of total production of more than 50% in the total electricity production in Ukraine. Energoatom is assigned the functions of the operating organization, which is responsible for the safety of operation of all NPPs in the country.
Turboatom (Kharkiv) produces steam turbines for thermal power plants and nuclear power plants, hydro turbines for hydro power plants, gas turbines for thermal power plants.
