President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has said that almost 160 thousand participants of military operations are now listed in the operational reserve of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (ZSU) of the first stage.
«Almost 160 thousand combatants are now listed in the operational reserve of the first stage,» – the President said.
Poroshenko added that this is «readiness number one, if necessary, to take weapons in hand.»
The President noted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are the guarantor of Ukraine’s independence.
«Over 343 thousand participants of military operations in the eastern part of our state are the guarantor of our freedom, our statehood and our independence,» – Poroshenko noted.
