According to FaceNews.ua, a powerful 5.9 magnitude earthquake was recorded off the coast of Indonesia.
The epicenter of the earthquake was located in the waters of the Moluccan Sea, 124 km south-west of the city of Ternate (population about 102,000 inhabitants). The hearth lay at a depth of 53.6 km.
Information about the victims, the destruction and the threat of the tsunami is not available yet.
