President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree on the creation of the military-civil administration of the city of Severodonetsk in Luhansk region.
The corresponding decree No. 297/2020 of July 28 was published on the website of the head of state.
According to the document, the military-civil administration was created in the city of Severodonetsk in pursuance of the law of Ukraine “On civil-military administrations.”
In this regard, the Commander of the Joint Forces, the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration was instructed to carry out measures related to the formation of a military-civil administration.
The decree comes into force on the day of its publication.
