Presidential representative of Ukraine in Crimea reports cyberattack

The Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea has reported on a targeted cyberattack organized by a hacker group controlled by the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation. This was reported by the press service of the Representative Office.

The cyberattack aimed at obtaining information about the activities of the Representative Office was neutralized and eliminated.

“The representative office and the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea will continue interdepartmental cooperation and coordination work aimed not only at protecting the daily work of state bodies on Crimea issues, but also protecting the rights and interests of our citizens who have suffered from the occupation,” the message reads.
