Prystaiko to speak in Parliament during Hour of Questions on Jan 17

On Friday, January 17, during the Hour of Questions to the Government, the Verkhovna Rada plans to hear the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko.

This was announced by Parliament Speaker Dmytro Razumkov.

According to the speaker, during the Conciliation Council of the leaders of factions and chairmen of parliamentary committees, was made a proposal to hear two ministers – Prystaiko and the Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Alyona Babak.

Razumkov emphasized that it was proposed to hear Prystaiko, and if “the minister will not be on the territory of Ukraine in that time, then the parliament will hear the minister for the development of communities and territories.”

During the Hour of Questions to the government, the MPs will speak in VR, and the Prime Minister will make proposals to parliament and express his vision of the situation.

At the same time, the deputy group “For the Future” suggested during the Hour of Questions to the government in parliament to hear Prystaiko with a report on the investigation of the disaster of the Ukrainian Boeing in Iran.

This was stated by the co-chair of the group Taras Batenko, UNIAN reports.

“We, like other representatives of the factions, demand a full-scale objective international investigation. In addition, we want to hear from our international department, the foreign policy, a report regarding stage of this investigation which is underway currently. We will ask the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be present to answer the question during the Hour of Question to the Government which to be held on Friday (January 17),” the parliamentarian added.
