Verkhovna Rada Chairman Dmitry Razumkov has said that the first President of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk would be “more than useful” if he leads the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) in Minsk, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
“I am convinced that any changes should benefit our state. If we are talking about Leonid Kravchuk, a person with great experience – he will be more than useful in this process,” the speaker noted.
The parliamentarian also stressed that he would like to personally thank the previous head of the Ukrainian delegation, Leonid Kuchma, who made every effort and shared his experience in the framework of the TCG work.
Recall that on July 28, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked the second President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma for his work as the head of the Ukrainian delegation to the TCG and noted that he respects his decision to terminate his participation in the TCG activities.
