Russian occupiers have stepped up measures to scout the Ukrainian army on the demarcation line.
This was announced by the speaker of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Colonel Maksym Prauta, referring to the data of the Main Directorate of Intelligence.
“The command of the Russian occupation forces is taking measures to increase intelligence activities in order to gather more data on the Joint Forces units along the demarcation line and to the depth of their reserves,” Prauta said.
In particular, according to intelligence data, “the enemy has stepped up the use of sabotage and reconnaissance groups in all directions to conduct reconnaissance positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in order to identify the weak points in Ukrainian defense, commit sabotage and ensure provocative actions using artillery.”
“For this purpose, the artillery spotter and sniper pairs are included in the sabotage reconnaissance group,” Prauta added.
