On August 23, the Russia’s Commissioner for Human Rights Tatyana Moskalkova arrived in Kyiv with one-day visit, however, the purpose of her visit was not announced.
This was reported by RIA Novosti, referring to the Russian Embassy in Ukraine.
“Yes, we have information that she (Moskalkova) will come. The purpose of her visit is unknown,” the embassy noted.
