Public transport fares to increase in Khmelnytskyi from September

The Executive Committee of the Khmelnytskyi City Council has approved fares for passengers in city public transport, which come into force on September 1.

Travel in trolleybuses will increase from UAH 2.50 to UAH 3.50, on bus routes (including route taxis) – from UAH 4 to UAH 5.

Also, the cost of travel by trolleybuses at night time will increase from UAH 6 to UAH 10. The buses and route taxis will be more expensive after 8.00 p.m. – the tariff will be UAH 6, UNIAN news agency reported.

In addition, in case if e-ticket will be introduced, the executive committee’s decision determined a variable payment: in trolleybuses when paying with e-ticket – UAH 3, in cash – UAH 4; in buses – UAH 5 and UAH 6 respectively.

As The Journalist reported, a court session was held to cancel increased tariffs for travel in Kyiv.
