The State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) has introduced suspicion to the head of the Constitutional Court, Olexander Tupitsky. The press service of the SBI reports.

Tupitsky is suspected of offenses against justice under the Criminal Code article on giving deliberately false testimony, artificial creation of evidence and bribery of witnesses.

The SBI believes that Tupitsky continues to go to work in order to interfere with the establishment of the truth in the criminal case against him. According to the SBI, after receiving suspicion, Tupitsky “imitates his failure to submit, non-receipt of the status of a suspect by visiting his workplace.”
