Six spies have become non grata persons in Ukraine, the SBU press service reports.

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) exposed six spies who worked under the guise of diplomatic missions.

SBU notes that among them is a Russian senior consul, who collected intelligence about the Armed Forces of Ukraine, was exposed in the Lviv Oblast.

According to the SBU, he was instructing citizens representing national minorities toward actions aimed to discredit Ukraine in the international arena.

Law enforcement also blocked corruption in the area of ​​military-technical cooperation totaling more than USD 110 million. In addition, the SBU has blocked an attempt of illegal export abroad, in particular to the Russian Federation, of components for military aviation.
