The Electronic Trading System of Arrested Property state-run enterprise SETAM sold the arrested Russian Boeing B 737/524 for UAH 17.996 million.

The Ministry of Justice website reports that the Boeing aircraft flew from Moscow back in 2015, but stayed in Ukraine because of the debts of the Russian Transaero airline company to the Ihor Sikorsky (Zhuliany) Kyiv airport for servicing and parking.

“The plane was bought at the second auction with markdowns. It is fully suitable for flying after a small technical inspection. I think the new owner will be more than satisfied. This is the fourth sold aircraft in SETAM history, but it is the largest and most expensive aircraft,” stressed SETAM general director Viktor Vishnev.

It is noted that the Boeing 737 made its first flight on June 6, 1998, and the last date of operation is October 2015.

The technical condition and the need for scheduled repairs is unknown.

As The Journalist reported, Ukrainian Naval Forces will receive "Centaur" landing boats to protect Sea of Azov.
