Single tickets also known as Kyiv Smart Card, it will be possible to buy at ten metro stations. This writes Director of Department of ICT KCSA Yurii Nazarov on his Facebook page.
As it became known, Kyiv Smart Card is being sold at the Khreshchatyk, Teatralna, Maidan Nezalezhnosti, Akademgorodok, Lesna, Arsenalna, Teremki, Vydubichi, Syrets and Pochaina metro stations.
The report notes that it is possible to replenish a single ticket in the personal account of a resident of Kyiv and in the terminals of iBox.
In turn, Nazarov noted that in the near future, it will be possible to buy and replenish the Kyiv Smart Card at self-service terminals at metro and light rail stations, as well as at T-kiosks. The card can be recharged in the Kyiv Smart City mobile app, terminals 2click, and on iPay and Portmone.
It is also planned that in addition to the e-ticket, it will be possible to pay the fare by credit card.
The official recalled that the test operation of the ticket will end in the autumn of 2019. By this time, passengers will be able to use tokens and coupons for travel.
