The Solomenskiy District Court of Kyiv ruled to arrest a part of the property of the former acting head of the State Fiscal Service (SFS) of Ukraine, Myroslav Prodan.
This was reported by the speaker of the court, Yana Kvitchenko, Ukrainian News reports.
According to her, the prosecutor’s office petition was considered on December 10, 2018. The court partially satisfied it and arrested part of the property belonged to the Prodan.
The decision of the court itself is closed and cannot be made public in accordance to the law.
In addition, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office noted that they have not yet received a court’s decision on the seizure of property.
Recall that Prodan is suspected of illegal enrichment for UAH 89 million.
