The so-called «Supreme Court» of the annexed Crimea rejected the appeal of protection of Ukrainian Volodymyr Balukh to the refusal of parole. About this informs Crimea.Realii.

On September 10, after consideration of the appeal against the refusal of another court to parole Vladimir Baluhu, they refused the «court» of the Crimea.

The report notes that Balukh participated in the meeting on video communication from the SIZO.

«At the beginning of the trial, prosecutor Denis Myshkin filed a petition to stop considering the application on the first verdict, since a new sentence was already imposed for 5 years of imprisonment, which does not provide for parole. Judge Dmiytro Mikhailov granted the request of the prosecutor», report said.

In turn, Balukh, called the court session a «farce», refused to participate in it, after which the judge turned off video communication with him.
Earlier Journalist reported that, after 115 days of hunger-strike, the state of Balukh is extremely difficult.
