Russian Federation court withdrew appeal for Ukrainian sailors’ arrest

In Russian Federation, the court withdrew from consideration of the appeal for arrest of four Ukrainian sailors. The date of the next meeting of the fifth four POWs will be scheduled later. About this reports lawyer Mykola Polozov.
The court session for appeal court of Moscow City Court in respect of four Ukrainian sailors ended with the removal of the case from consideration on procedural grounds. Polozov noted that Lefortovo District Court of Moscow was not properly and timely made a translation into Ukrainian of decision on extension of detention of sailors Vyktor Bespalchenko, Vladyslav Kostyshyn, Volodymyr Lysovyi, Volodymyr Varymez.
Earlier, the “Journalist” reported that the head of “Kyrovgeology” sold more than 2 kg platinum "for a discount."
