Turkish company Dogus Insaat Ve Ticaret A.S. has won the auction for the construction of a cable-stayed bridge across the Dnipro river in Kremenchug with a price offer of UAH 11.24 billion. This was reported by the press center of Ukravtodor.
“The Kremenchug bridge will be 95% built of Ukrainian materials,” commented the head of Ukravtodor Olexander Kubrakov on the results of the auction.
The cable-stayed bridge will have four lanes, two in each direction. The length of the bridge itself, together with the approaches, will be 1.7 km. According to existing plans, construction work will begin in 2021 and end in 2024.
