Lviv will hold the campaign for the mass vaccination of children against measles, granted that there’s permission from their parents. People can get inoculated at the medical facilities in this city from February 18 till March 10, Gal-info reports.

The analysis showed that a hundred of schools in Lviv are in the risk zone in terms of measles epidemic; the number of vaccinated children in these schools is below the normal, which is less than 95 percent. Thus, the campaign will be launched first of all at schools where there’s the most serious threat of infection spreading.

“We do not plan any buses or trips. We plan to vaccinate children only in medical institutions, with informed consent. The vaccination procedures will be taking place at clinical establishments that work six days a week. There is enough vaccine and enough for everyone,” said Volodymyr Zub, the chief of Lviv healthcare department.

Vaccinations will be given in clinics, accompanied by a teacher and a medical worker, under the supervision of specialists and with a preliminary examination of the presence or absence of contraindications.
As The Journalist reported, in Spain, the father was deprived of custody of children because of a bad habit.
