Due to quarantine restrictions and the epidemiological situation in Ukraine, the terms of admission to higher education institutions for foreigners in the 2020/2021 academic year have been extended twice a year: until December 15, 2020 and April 15, 2021, according to the Ministry of Education and Science said.
In addition, foreigners are provided with an opportunity to study remotely, except for the “22. Healthcare” specialties.
“This is stated in the order by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (registered with the Ministry of Justice on October 28, 2020, No. 1058/35341), which approved the relevant changes to the Procedure for organizing recruitment and training (internship) of foreigners and stateless persons,” the ministry said.
The relevant order was published in the Ukrainian Official Gazette on October 30, 2020.
