Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Public Utilities has developed and approved new state building standards, which increased the height limits of public buildings from 100 meters to 150 meters. This writes the Deputy Minister of Regional Development Lev Partskhaladze on his Facebook page.

“Now in the current standards, the maximum height at which high-rise residential and public buildings can be designed is 100 m. For public buildings, we propose raising it to 150 m in order to be able to implement modern and interesting solutions in high-rise construction,” wrote Partskhaladze.
