According to the Order of the Ministry of Health “On Amendments to the Vaccination Schedule in Ukraine” dated April 23, 2019, adults of any age can get the measles, mumps and rubella vaccinefor free. It is also permitted to vaccinate infants as young as 6 months old, for whom measles is especially dangerous, the press service of the Ministry of Health reported.

“Until now, adults under 30 who have been in contact with patients and people from groups of occupational risk factors (doctors, teachers, military, students) could get vaccine against measles for free. Thus, vaccination is guaranteed to all adults who contacted with patients (vaccination is recommended within 72 hours); did not have measles and do not have confirmed data on vaccinations in the medical record; does not have immunity against measles according to the test results for the presence of antibodies, IgG.
