According to the Public Health Center, as of October 5, Ukraine reported 3,774 new cases of coronavirus.
In total, there are 230,236 laboratory-confirmed cases of coronavirus in Ukraine, of which 101,252 patients have been recovered, 4,430 have died. At least 2,397,905 PCR tests were performed. Some 1,145 patients were discharged per day.
The overall incidence per region is the following: 6,822 cases in Vinnytsia region; 8,735 in Volyn region; 7,137 in Dnipropetrovsk region; 4,413 in Donetsk region (Ukrainian-controlled districts); 6,935 in Zhytomyr region; 10,219 in Zakarpattia region; 4,630 in Zaporizhia region; 14,345 in Ivano-Frankivsk region; 1,184 in Kirovohrad region; 24,736 in the city of Kyiv; 9,918 in Kyiv region; 21,294 in Lviv region; 1,294 in Luhansk region (Ukrainian-controlled districts); 3,819 in Mykolaiv region; 14,729 in Odesa region; 2,965 in Poltava region; 13,248 in Rivne region; 5,453 in Sumy region; 14,421 in Ternopil region; 20,964 in Kharkiv region; 1,496 in Kherson region; 6,968 in Khmelnytsky region; 15,286 in Chernivtsi region; 4,550 in Cherkasy region; 4,677 in Chernihiv region.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Lugansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are not available.
