According to the Center for Public Health, as of October 13, Ukraine recorded new 5,133 cases of the coronavirus. The number of active patients reached 148,903.
In total, there are 270,587 laboratory-confirmed cases of coronavirus, of which 116,562 patients have been recovered, 5,122 have died. At least 2,630,988 PCR tests were performed. Some 2,152 patients were discharged per day.
The overall incidence per region is the following: 7,726 cases in Vinnytsia region; 9,955 in Volyn region; 9,272 in Dnipropetrovsk region; 5,961 in Donetsk region (Ukrainian-controlled districts); 8,661 in Zhytomyr region; 11,042 in Zakarpattia region; 5,762 in Zaporizhzhia region; 15,580 in Ivano-Frankivsk region; 1,355 in Kirovohrad region; 28,090 in the city of Kyiv; 11,525 in Kyiv region; 23,129 in Lviv region; 1,917 in Luhansk region (Ukrainian-controlled districts); 4,867 in Mykolaiv region; 17,047 in Odesa region; 4,906 in Poltava region; 14,868 in Rivne region; 7,485 in Sumy region; 16,250 in Ternopil region; 25,625 in Kharkiv region; 2,024 in Kherson region; 9,230 in Khmelnytsky region; 16,649 in Chernivtsi region; 5,849 in Cherkasy region; 5,812 in Chernihiv region.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Lugansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are not available.
