The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine obliged the board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine to preliminarily coordinate with the government decisions on the conclusion of significant transactions of its subsidiaries.
The corresponding order was adopted at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on March 27.
“Prior to the approval of the financial plan in the prescribed manner, to ensure preliminary coordination with the general meeting of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine on the decisions of the board on the activities of business companies, the shareholder (founder, participant) of which Naftogaz of Ukraine is, namely, the transactions provided for by Article of the law “On Joint Stock Companies”, as well as other transactions, for which the supervisory board of Naftogaz of Ukraine must first agree on,” the order says.
