Ukraine has pumped 21.25 billion cubic meters of natural gas into its underground storage facilities. This was announced by CEO of Naftogaz Ukrainy Andriy Kobolyev on Facebook.
“We are ready to protect the energy independence of our country next winter – gas reserves in Ukraine’s underground storage facilities exceeded 21 billion cubic meters,” the message said.
In addition, Kobolyev provided operational data: “Transit: 194.6; Ukraine’s imported gas: 60.2 (including Russian gas: 0, including from EU countries: 60.2); gas volumes in the underground storage facility: 21,025.080.”
Recall, Ukrtransgaz JSC on October 9 fully completed the preparation of the gas transmission system of Ukraine for the fall-winter season 2019/2020.
