Ukraine and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development signed a loan agreement in the amount of USD 100 million for the implementation of the project “Eastern Ukraine: reunification, restoration and revival”. The press center of the Ministry of Reintegration reports.
The document was signed by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Oleksii Reznikov and Acting World Bank Regional Director for Eastern Europe Baher El-Hifnawi.
The loan is provided for 27 years at 0.25% per annum, the first 12 years are preferential. In the near future, an agreement will be signed between the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Reintegration on the use of these funds.
