The State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection of Ukraine has agreed on a veterinary certificate for the export of fresh eggs from Ukraine to Japan.
“The competent authorities of Ukraine and Japan agreed on an international veterinary certificate for the export of fresh eggs for human consumption from Ukraine to Japan,” the department said.
The certificate states that Ukraine will be able to export eggs that come from farm-grown birds and suitable for direct human consumption or for the preparation of egg products.
It is also noted that broken, hatching and already cooked eggs are not considering as food products.
