Ukrainian Ruslan transported two Black Hawk helicopters from the USA to Afghanistan. Vitaly Trubnikov writes about this on his Facebook page.

At Huntsville Airport, which is located in the US state of Alabama, two UH-60 Black Hawk military helicopters were loaded aboard the Antonov An-124 transport aircraft for transfer to Afghanistan.

“Helicopters are designed for the Air Force of Afghanistan. The contract cost is $ 7 billion. The contract provides for the delivery of 159 American-made helicopters by 2023 to replace Russian Mi-17s,” wrote Trubnikov.

Earlier, the “Journalist” reported that NATO will continue to use the transport planes An-124-100 “Ruslan” until 2021.
