Ukrainian army wound six occupants in Donbas over past day

On April 5, the militants violated the ceasefire regime 13 times in Donbas, two times using weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements. One member of the Joint Forces (JFO) was injured, according to the press center of the JFO headquarters.

During the past day, the militants attacked JF positions from 120mm and 82mm mortars, grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms. Units of the Joint Forces fired back to suppress the enemy’s fire activity amid escalation.

Under the enemy fire came Ukrainian positions near near Kamianka, Hnutove, Avdiivka, Starohnativka, Bohdanivka and Vodiane settlements. In addition, the militants opened fire near the Khutir Vilniy and Krymske.

According to intelligence data, six Russian occupiers were wounded; two Russian-made Kamaz and Ural trucks, as well as one Zastava UAV were destroyed.
