Advisor to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council for the Reintegration and Restoration of Donbas, Serhiy Sivokho, said that he will establish a platform on restoration contacts between Ukraine and the temporarily occupied territories of Donbas. Sivokho wrote about this on his Facebook page.
To Sivokho, the National Platform for Peace and Reconciliation initiative, which was announced three months ago by the government, will be launched on Wednesday, February 19.
The aide to the NSDC secretary said that the authorities “will help people on both sides of the contact line to be heard.”
