Cabinet approved a resolution on mortgage rate at 7% per annum to purchase housing built no earlier than 2015. This was reported on the president’s website.
According to the adopted resolution, the Entrepreneurship Development Fund will compensate the interest rate up to 7%. Borrowers who have taken out a mortgage in national currency can count on compensation.
The resolution will not be applied to housing built before 2015.
