“Situations with thefts are always unpleasant. Therefore, in order to increase security and protect residents from such negative aspects, we suggested that when designing new hotels and reconstructing existing hotels, it is necessary to provide electronic systems for controlling the entrance to the hotel itself and rooms using contactless cards. It is convenient, efficient and more secure. With the help of such electronic systems, you can track and identify all entrances to the rooms, including staff, ” the press service of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine quotes the words of the deputy head of department, Lev Partshaladze.
In addition, and importantly, the use of contactless cards will significantly reduce the energy consumption in the building thanks to the “energy-saving pockets”, through which the card controls the power supply to the room.
According to the changes in the GOS, when designing hotels, it is necessary to envisage measures to protect against unauthorized entry into hotel rooms and other rooms, using modern access control systems and video surveillance.
