The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that rescuers have received 31 special emergency rescue vehicle under the State Road Safety Improvement Program.
The vehicles of light type (SARM-L) of UAH 107.4 million worth are designed to provide rescue efforts during the first priority rescue operations, eliminate the consequences of road accidents, measures to search for victims and provide them with medical assistance, organizing communications and notifications during the liquidation consequences of emergencies.
Each car is equipped with hydraulic emergency and rescue equipment, pneumatic emergency and rescue equipment, primary fire extinguishing systems, stabilization systems for damaged vehicles, emergency rescue vehicles of small mechanization, trench tools, navigation and warning means, lighting installation, emergency alarms flashlights, and auxiliary equipment.
