Ukrainian gymnast Nazar Chepurniy won gold of Youth Olympic Games

15-year-old Ukrainian in the «Team of Simona Biles» won the competition in multidiscipline gymnastics, reports xsport.ua.

In the exercises on the horse, Chepurniy took the 11th place (12.400), on the rings – the 18th (12.266), on the carpet he showed the 5th result (13.566), on the crossbar – the 14th (12.400), and in the vault Ukrainian became the 19th (13.000). Chepurniy showed the best result on parallel bars, gaining 13.833 points and becoming the third.

For the Ukrainian team this gold is already the fourth at Youth Olympics.
Earlier, the highest rank medal was twice won by the skewer Kateryna Chorniy, as well as the rower Ivan Tishchenko.
