From May 15, JSC Ukrzaliznytsia (UZ) will launch online ticket sales to all destinations to Poland, whereas earlier it was available only for certain directions. This was announced by the head of Ukrzaliznytsia Yevhen Kravtsov.
“Online ticket sales for all destinations to Poland are launched at https://booking.uz.gov.ua. Previously, it was available only for some directions. Therefore, from May 15, tickets for the entire list of international trains to Poland are at the official service,” wrote the head of UZ.
Kravtsov also noted that passengers rightly complained about the inconvenience of the service, but Ukrzaliznytsia accelerated the final agreements with Polish colleagues as much as possible.
