The head of Ukrzaliznytsia board Evhen Kravtsov said that the company plans in June 2019 to launch a train "Mukacheve – Košice". About this writes Evhen Kravtsov on his Facebook page.
"We are still cautious in the dates, but the preliminary arrangements are as follows: in June Ukrzaliznytsya will launch the train "Mukacheve – Košice". The test flight on this route will go in a few months – April 2, "- said in a statement.
Kravtsov noted that the trains will be formed by our colleagues from Slovakia, and the time on the way will be about 4 hours.
"Last year we successfully launched the flight to Budapest, also on Euro-class. We do not change our intentions – it is Ukrainian Mukacheve that should become a powerful passenger hub for travels in Europe ", – wrote the head of Ukrzaliznytsia.
