The U.S. Treasury Department announces additional sanctions against Russia as provided for by the Chemical and Biological Weapons Control and Warfare Elimination Act.
To impose sanctions, the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control issued a separate order, which will have an effective date of August 26, 2019.
