Oleksandr Usyk became the absolute champion in the first cruiserweight

Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk won a boxing fight with Russian Murat Gassiev in the World Super Series finale of boxing.

Note that the 12-round match was held with the total superiority of the Ukrainian boxer, to whom all three judges gave an advantage on points (120: 108, 119: 109, 119: 109).

Ukrainian became the absolute world champion in the first heavyweight championship and won the Mohammed Ali Cup. Usyk was awarded by Mohammed Ali’s widow.
For the first time in the history of this division, four belts were immediately put on the line: all the boxers’ titles were played: Gassiev had WBA, IBF, and Usyk had WBC, WBO.

In addition, the athletes fought for the belt of The Ring.
