A mud volcano has erupted 150 meters far from the village Gushchu in Azerbaijan, closer to the sowing areas, said the territorial executive representative of the village Bashir Bakhramov.
According to him, the emission reached about 4-5 meters height. The discarded rocks spread around the 1000-1500 meters perimeter.
Now the eruption has stopped, but processes in the epicenter are still ongoing. The territory in vicinity of the volcano is under control.
