A UMS-1000 new modernized boat has reinforced the Mariupol detachment of the marine guard of the State Border Service of Ukraine, the Uryadoviy portal reported.
“It has excellent technical characteristics: powerful engines with dual-circuit cooling system, two water cannons with reverse-steering devices to ensure the forward and backward movement, 8-kW diesel generator to ensure the work of board systems in the most intense mode. During the tests, the boat showed a speed of 45.5 knots (84 km/h) and this is not its speed limit,” the report says.
